How can I track the progress of my order?
We follow a clear order process to keep you informed: once deposit payment is received, production is scheduled to begin. In the production phase, we proceed with manufacturing as per the agreed specifications. We will promptly inform you of the Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) and Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA).
How are shipping logistics and container loading managed?
After the production is completed within the agreed time, our group will confirm the shipping time with the freight forwarder and arrange for the shipment. The goods are then loaded onto the container for shipment.
When do I settle the balance payment and receive shipping documents?
Once you receive a copy of the Bill of Lading (BL), the remaining balance can be settled. We will send all relevant shipping documents to you immediately upon receipt of the balance.
