What's your sample policy if I need my design?
A: For samples with RTS label, No MOQ. 1 pcs sample refundable against a bulk order or comment (with photos) after order completed. Customer will afford the sample freight.
B: For customized design/logo will charge accordingly, the sample fee could be refunded after the bulk order. Sample lead time is 3-10 days depends on the technics or materials.

What's your minimum order quantity for customized order?
Our MOQ is 100 pieces per item for customized or logo design. Details will base on the outer material type or color required. Our design team can make the design / color convert according to your idea.
