1. What is the MOQ of your products?
Usually our MOQ is 1,000pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.
2. Can I get product samples?
Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity. We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to PayPal, we will ship with our account. It takes about 2-4 days to reach.
3. How long is the product sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, depends on the complexity of your design, etc. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.
4. How long is the product production lead time?
It takes 30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
5. Which kinds of certificate would you have?
LFGB, REACH, ISO9001, SEDX, if necessary, we can pass the certificate you need.
6. What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposited after order signed and 70% against copy of B/L. We also accept LC at sight.
