How about the samples time and fee?
It will be ready for 7-15 days. The sample will be sent to you by express. You can use your own express account or prepay for us. For low value products, we will provide free samples, freight collect. But for some high value samples, it requires sample cost and freight cost.

Mass production time is usually 30-40 days depending on different order quantities. In peak season, lead time can range from 40-50 days.

Do you support OEM and custom branding?
Yes, we can customize size, color, material, and even the weaving method based on your requirements. Custom designs are warmly welcome. We can provide hang tags, labels, or covers in your own design & logo.

Can MOQ be smaller than standard?
Yes, and you can mix a variety of models together as long as the container is full or LCL shipment is more than 5cbm.

Which shipping methods are available?
We normally provide our customers EXW, FOB price in USD. Door-to-Door (Ship to your address) or CIF price can be provided at customer's request. The main shipping port is Haiphong.

What are the accepted payment methods?
For small order values (<$2000), please pay 100% in advance. For higher order values, we accept 50% deposit and balance T/T against copy of Bill of Lading or L/C at sight.
